IdahoWrestlingNews.com (IWN) Pay-Per-View Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy
1. All payments are by credit card only. The transaction is secure: standard-procedure SSL is used and
all data is encrypted. Your credit card data is not stored, copied or downloaded by IWN nor is it passed
on to third parties.
2. Be sure you type in your e-mail address correctly when registering and that your E-mail box is
ready to receive the automatically generated confirmation and information emails from
mail@idahowrestlingnews.com, including the one that includes the password you created for continued
access to the PPV event.
3. Pay-per-view events on IWN are for personal, non-commercial, use only. Any distribution of online
items or the User ID/password to access them online is a violation of the copyright. In other words,
don't register for an account then share it with your friends. It's unethical, it's cheating and it
will force us to raise the cost of the PPV events in the future to cover the cost of your dishonesty.
4.Refund Policy - Refunds will ONLY be issued if requested prior to the start date and time
of the PPV event. Once the event has started, refunds will be given only if the broadcast is unable
to be delivered to the user because of technical or other issues on the production end. In other words,
unless it is our fault, we won't issue a refund. It is up to you, the user, to make sure your computer
and Internet are compatible to watch online broadcasts on IWN before registering for the event.
You can test your computer by watching the
archived web cast of the 2011 Tri-State Tournament.
If you have problems watching this archive please contact webguy@idahowrestlingnews.com. If you can
successfully watch this archive you should have no problems watching the live broadcast you have
registered for.
We have taken every precaution to allow you to watch the PPV event as quickly as possible after
registering. We are not responsible for, nor will refunds be issued for:
A. Computer, Internet or network issues on the user-end. This includes,
but is not limited to, excessive buffering, loss of audio/video, lack of updated browser software,
missing codecs, missing/forgotten usernames or passwords, etc.
While IWN does solicit match requests from viewers during the live PPV event, IWN does not promise
or guarantee that any particular wrestling match, individual wrestler or team will be featured during
the PPV event. Users are registering for access to the entire PPV event. We do our best to accommodate
as many match requests as possible, but refunds will not be given simply because a particular wrestling
match, individual wrestler or team was not featured during the live PPV event.
